Yale Lodge is situated on the corner of Ruabon Road, just a short walk from the busy town centre of Wrexham and comprises three new build apartments and the conversion and refurbishment of a 19th century coach house.
Located in the heart of a conservation area, traditional building techniques and materials were used, including natural slate roofs and Ruabon red style bricks ensuring the development complemented the surrounding area.
