Park House Meadows Open Day

We are hosting another open day at Park House Meadows on Saturday 29th September. We will be there between 10:30am and 2:30pm to answer any questions you may have.

As well as Woodhead Oswestry Sales and Lettings, Primoris Homes will be on site showing you around the development.

It is a great opportunity for you to have a look around and get a feel of what the area will be like once it is complete.

Leave the A5 at Whittington Roundabout on to the A495. Continue 400 metres and turn left onto Burma Road. Continue half a mile along Burma Road passing New Saints Football Club / The Venue on the right, then continue onto North Drive. Look out for Park House Meadows on the right.

Primoris Homes’ new office progression

Primoris Homes will be relocating to Bank Top Industrial Estate in St Martins. Along with Roofing & Salvage Depot, we are planning on moving to the new location at the end of September.

The site is starting to take shape and progress. Pictured above are the steels which will form the structure of the building where our offices will be.

Whilst building our new offices at Bank Top in St Martins, we have chosen to be as environmentally conscious as possible.

We have appointed Dragon Drilling and Hafod Renewable Energy to install a 60Kw NIBE ground source heating system in the new building. This will supply heating to the showroom and offices, using a state of the art underfloor heating system.

The new building will also be supplied with 100% green electricity with Green Energy being our chosen supplier.

Primoris Homes will be relocating

Primoris Homes, along with Roofing & Salvage Depot will be relocating later this year. Our new offices will be situated on Bank Top Industrial Estate in St Martins, Oswestry.

Work has already begun on getting the site ready for our relocation and we are hoping to be moving in July/August time.

We will keep you updated on the progress of the new site.

Whittington Road Update

We have started to hand completed houses over to the Wrekin Housing Trust, who we have carried out this development for.

Families have started to move into several of the completed homes and we hope they are as happy as we are with the outcome.

The whole site is due to be completed in March 2018.

Park House Meadows

We are about to embark on a new construction project in Park Hall near Oswestry. The site is being referred to as Park House Meadows but the official street name will be chosen by the Parish Council over the course of the build.

The site is located between the Park Hall working farm and the Orthopaedic Hospital, on a bank which is surrounded by open countryside.

There will be a large variety of houses available on the site including: 2, 3 and 4 bedroom semi-detached and detached houses and 2 and 3 bedroom bungalows. We have tried to create a countryside feel to the site and houses will be well spaced out with generous sized gardens. They are going to be built in a traditional style, with brick, render and timber clad exteriors and slate and tiled roofs.

The houses being built will be released onto the open market for sale except for 4 of them. We are hoping that the homes will be ready to move into by early next year. Woodhead Estates will be the selling agents once the selling prices have been confirmed.
